Shipping Policy
We partner with trusted carriers for fast, reliable delivery:
• Domestic (US): USPS Priority Mail or UPS (selected for best speed and tracking).
• International: DHL.
A flat base shipping charge of $12 applies to all orders and covers standard priority/express options with tracking and basic carrier insurance.
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment clearance and order verification.
• In the rare event an item is not immediately in stock or ready to pack, we may add 3–5 business days we’ll notify you promptly.
• Carriers usually update tracking within 24 hours of shipment.
For international shipments, duties, taxes, and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, as these are determined by your local government regulations.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We’re committed to your satisfaction with ALPHA INJECTION fuel injectors and included kit adapters. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items meet our guidelines to ensure product integrity.
Eligibility Requirements
• Items must remain unopened, unused, and sealed in the original heat-sealed, transparent packaging.
• All original components, labels, and packaging must be complete and undamaged.
• No returns or exchanges on used, installed, opened, flow-tested, or contaminated injectors these are handled under our Warranty Policy inspection process.
How to Return or Exchange
1. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number we’ll walk you through the steps.
2. Ship the item(s) back (customer pays return shipping). Include the RMA number clearly on the package.
3. After receipt and inspection:
• If eligible (fully sealed/new condition):
• Within 30 days: Refund to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee (to cover handling and restocking).
• After 30 days (or approved exceptions): Store credit only, minus the 20% restocking fee.
• Exchanges (when available) follow the same process and fees; credit applies toward the replacement item.
• No exceptions to the refund/store credit categories.
If Inspection Reveals Use or Contamination
If injectors show signs of opening, installation, or contamination (e.g., dirt, debris, grime in the internal mesh), they don’t qualify for standard return/exchange. We route them through our Warranty Policy process:
• We’ll inspect and provide clear photos (including microscopic views) with a detailed explanation.
• We’re here to support you: professional injector cleaning and service is available at ALPHA INJECTION (with your approval and at standard rates) to restore them quickly.
