These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (alphainjection.com or similar), purchases of our fuel injectors and related products, and any interactions with our services. By accessing our site, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase from us.

We are a Utah based company specializing in high performance fuel injectors.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Warranty Policy, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and any other policies linked on our site. These documents form part of this agreement.

  2. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues).

• Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, duties, or shipping unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

• Payment is processed at checkout. By paying, you authorize the charge. We use secure payment processors.

  3. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. In short: flat $12 domestic shipping via USPS or UPS; DHL for international (duties/taxes are your responsibility). We ship 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), with rare 3–5 day delays if needed.

  4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

See our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy for the complete rules. Key points: 30-day window for sealed/unused items only; 20% restocking fee; RMA required; no returns on used/opened/contaminated injectors (those go through warranty inspection)

  5. Warranty

Our one year warranty covers only genuine manufacturing defects under normal use. See our Warranty Policy for details, including requirements (professional install/tune, 10 micron filter, ASNU GDI for any third party service) and exclusions (contamination, misuse, improper fuels/storage, etc.).

  6. Product Use and Limitations

Our fuel injectors are for off-road/performance use only. They require professional installation by a licensed mechanic and proper tuning. Improper use, installation, or fuel system prep (e.g., contaminants from "brand new" lines/filters) can cause issues not covered as defects. Always use a quality 10 micron aftermarket filter and approved fuels.

  7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPHA INJECTION Engineering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products/site, including but not limited to vehicle damage, downtime, lost profits, or tuning issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

  8. Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy - "Don't Be That Guy" Policy

We work hard to make things right when there's a genuine issue through our clear warranty, inspection process (with photos if needed), and helpful cleaning service options.

In the rare case someone files a chargeback (dispute with their bank/credit card issuer) instead of contacting us first:

• Chargebacks are meant for real fraud or errors not for "I changed my mind," "I didn't like the results," or issues clearly covered by our policies (like contamination from your fuel system).

• We always respond to disputes with strong evidence: order details, proof of delivery, policy links you agreed to, and (when applicable) microscopic photos showing user related contamination or misuse.

• Banks often side with merchants when clear evidence shows the claim is invalid. In those cases, the chargeback is typically reversed in our favor, and the customer ends up responsible for the original amount plus any fees their bank may charge them.

Bottom line: Don't be that guy. Contact us directly first we're reasonable and want you happy. Skipping straight to a chargeback when our policies and evidence clearly apply usually backfires on the filer. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any losses from invalid disputes.

  9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
