ALPHA INJECTION Engineering stands behind the exceptional quality of our fuel injectors, built to the highest standards with an extremely low incidence of manufacturing defects.

We provide a one year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non transferable.

Coverage:

Limited to genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. In the rare event of a valid claim, we will replace the affected injector with a new or equivalent unit at our discretion. This warranty does not cover shipping, labor, installation, removal, tuning, or any consequential damages (vehicle downtime, lost use, etc.).

 Requirements to Maintain Warranty

•  Installation by a licensed mechanic only.

•  Professional tuning specifically calibrated for the new injectors.

•  Minimum 10-micron aftermarket fuel filter installed in the fuel system.

  What Voids the Warranty

•  Contamination (dirt, grime, metallic particles, debris from fuel lines, old filters, tank, or other sources).

•  Improper installation or misuse..

•  Vehicle stored for extended periods with fuel in the tank leading to fuel system rust or degradation.

•  Any third-party cleaning, flow testing, or reverse flushing using equipment other than an approved ASNU GDI machine (required for correct voltage, pressure stability, and high-flow performance).

 Claim Process

Proof of purchase required. Contact us to obtain an RMA. We inspect every returned injector. If microscopic examination shows contamination or user-related issues in the internal mesh cartridge, we will provide clear photos and a detailed explanation.

 

Our Commitment

We know contamination from “Brand new” aftermarket fuel systems/lines, fittings etc is a common issue not a manufacturing defect. When that happens, we’re here to help: we offer professional injector cleaning and service at Alpha Injection (with your approval and at standard rates) so you can get back on the road quickly.

This warranty applies to off-road and performance use only. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
